A pétnat (petillant naturel=apró, természetes) a pezsgő elődje. Az erjedő mustot palackozzuk erjedés alatt, amikor a mustban lévő cukor 12 g/l -en áll. A generosa (ezerjó+piros tramini) és a rozália(olaszrizling+piros tramini, Bakonyi Károly nemesítette, aki a Cserszegi fűszerest) is magyar fajták piros tramini alappal, így házasítottuk őket össze. Könnyed, buborékos ital, amelyet jól esik kibontani a hétköznapi apró örömök ünneplésére! Szűretlen, derítetlen kénmentes pétnat.
