Kövidinka is an authentic local grape variety
on bush vines. We harvested in 3 phases in
mid and end of October, and after trampling
the grape fermented for 4-9 days on the skin.
After pressing was in 500 liter oak barrels for
6 month. Unfiltered, unfined, bottled with
lees, but without sulfur.
