Were 7-8 different harvest days, from different
vineyards. Earlier workdays are more based on Ph
and acidities, later ones are already fully ripe. The
previous harvests were pressed whole bunches
and only the last few times were trampled and
soaked. About 60% of it was fermented and aged
in wooden barrels (500L). Approximately 200
liters were fermented in ceramic amphorae. The
rest was tank-fermented. Before bottling, we
mixed the wines. Unfiltered, unfined and bottled
with lees.

Varietal Composition: Olaszrizling 40%,
Rajnai rizling 25%, Hárslevelű 25% and Cserszegi
fűszeres 10%
