Winemaking technology:
3 varieties, 14 different vintage dates and different
processing technologies - whole bunch pressing,
for a few hours to a 3 days skin contact. The
different musts fermented spontaneously together
in a tank (tower fermentacion) and 2 wood barrels.
After fermentation the wine was on fine lees 8
month long. We bottled it unfined and unfiltered,
without added sulfur.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Kékfrankos,
5% Olaszrizling
