Sour Citra IPA

Beautiful, thick white head sits atop a hazy pale golden brew and has a very nice passionfruit aroma backed by slight sweet honey notes. It is unbelievably soft, well rounded, and the sum of this beer is greater than the individual ingredients. The flavor is only slightly sour and balances well with the orange and citrus characteristics of the hops. The final dry hopping should impart a nice bitter accent to really make this complex, interesting, and above all remarkably drinkable.
