We had a big idea and decided to bring back an old favorite beer style. This is none other than the coffee IPA, but of course, we added the usual Horizont twist. We took the smooth IPA base and boosted it with a hefty dose of specialty coffee straight from Casino Mocca, and then we twisted it even more with a bunch of blood orange.

The result is an incredibly delicious, juicy, tropical fruity, coffee beer that we already love. The aroma immediately hits you with a pleasant hop bitterness, wonderfully complemented by the citrus of the blood orange, and undeniably, the coffee comes through, but not in an overwhelming amount. The mouthfeel is pleasant and refreshing, with the hop bitterness beautifully blending with the blood orange bitterness, while the distinctive coffee notes harmoniously balance and take the flavor in a much more exotic direction.
