Two things struck me first as I was inspecting this beer. One, the gorgeous bright gold of the liquid in the sunlight and two, the intense aroma of fresh passionfruit. Upon further inspection though the more subtle aspects of this brew started to appear, like the faint hint of vanilla to counteract some of the natural tartness of passionfruit. When tasting this pale ale, the hop notes and lactose play an important accompanying role in the overall balance of the beer while not taking away from the starring role of the passionfruit. This beer is endlessly drinkable and is sure to be a huge hit at your next get together or anytime you want to relax with a unique and delicious brew.
