A true beer specialty aged for almost 2 years, in barrels from the French sovereign territory of the Caribbean. The underlying barley wine was fermented in freshly emptied rum with dried apricots, walnuts and Ghanaian cocoa bean flakes to our beer to achieve the expected flavor notes.
