BLUEBERRY–SAGE–LEMON BALM LASSI GOSE
We found ourselves in an unusual garden. Lemon trees fused with the branches, sage crystallised in the air, and violet vibrations drifted all around us. That is where we brought this beer from. The individual aromas come together to create a complex flavour twist that is refreshing and light.
The base of this salty gose is blueberry, bringing a fruity and tart character. We added sage and lemon balm because the berry notes work beautifully with the citrusy, spicy herbal flavours. Lactose provides the final twist, transforming this creation into a truly authentic lassi gose.
We developed the recipe together with Popihn, icons of the French craft-beer scene. Working with Romain was a real pleasure during the lively Budapest Beer Week. Here is Lemonberry in Sageland!
