Monyo Bipolar Bear 0,33l 6,1%

Bipolar Bear is our take on the white IPA-style, which is a crossover between American IPA-s and Belgian witbiers. The latter inspired us to but bio citrus peel (orange, grapefruit) and coriander in our brew, but because of the previous style, we also heavy hopped it. The result is a beer that is pleasantly citrusy, with a balanced bitterness and fruity esters, that goes down as a treat every time of the day.
